Wow, it has been one year. What a horrible storm it was!

One year ago tonight (this morning there) it made landfall (at about 2315Z on Leyte with several more landfalls afterward), with catastrophic results.

This time last year, Haiyan made landfall over Northern Cebu and lashed typhoon force wind gusts to the metropolitan areas.
