Hi everyone! I haven't been around much lately. Life can sometimes get in the way of even a place you love as much as Storm2k.
Anyway, it's been crazy around here. Historic flooding in Deweyville and that came down to Southeast Texas. While we had flooding in my area and we are STILL in a flood warning, it is nothing compared to Deweyville and Orange. I have a lot of friends who have lost everything in Orange. I-10 is still shut down in some areas and will be until at least Tuesday. It's been blocked off in Beaumont causing major traffic delays. It's just surreal. The Red Cross has set up shelters and the community has come together to help those displaced. There are 7 SE Texas counties declared natural disaster, including mine. My house is ok. My street was flooded last week, but it didn't get into our house. Please pray for this area as there are many people suffering. I have a ton of pics that I will try to share later.
