Ha
Generous is an understatement. Latest voretex shows max FL wind 22kts and falling. The NHC is proving it can be TOTALLY ridiculous. Ask yourselves, would they UPGRADE something like this to a TS? Is Henri honestly more powerful by far than the "disturbance" in the eastern Atlantic?

A very valid point wxman57. It looks pretty pathetic right now.

Agree 96L looks like a TD or even a TS now and with concentrated convection than what this GOM disturbance has.

Makes sense. Henri was nearly gone in mid-afternoon today and flared up big-time. I can understand the NHC waiting till overnight to give him last rites.
