Isabel, at possible strongest point now.........
Isabel's eye has contracted a great deal this morning indicative of a Cat.5 Hurricane. This may be the strongest point in Isabel's existance with winds of 155mph+ so go take a long Vis. Sat. Loop look at her!!!
