When will Hurricane Isabel make landfall?

When will Hurricane Isabel make Landfall? Where exactly on the midatlantic coast, if you can within say 50 miles predict the cities, I'd appreciate it? And, MOST importantly, how strong will Isabel be at landfall?
Would a Virginia Beach Landfall on Sunday Sept. 21 as a cat 2 with 110 mph winds be unreasonable to predict?
