IMO...she has stalled.

Looking at the time lapse from the NHC site, it's very obvious from 9/15 18:15 GMT, until 9/16 01:15 GMT, she hasn't budged. If she has moved, it is approximately 10 miles at the most, and that is being generous, because of the eye just wobbling around aimlessly. Don't know how this plays out, but if I was anywhere from the SC/NC border northward. I would be paying very close attention. Very interesting behavior.

I agree in that it has stalled. I wonder what this will do to the forecast??

She is wobbling around.

I use the NHC site for better zoom shots. They are much more clear.
