Observation about after a storm
Just wanted to relay an experience after Issy that turned out ok but could have been bad. We didn't lose any trees in the actual storm. However, in the middle of the night probably a good 6 hours after the winds had calmed we got a sudden gust and all of a sudden 2 trees come down almost instantly. Just because the storm is over, please please please be careful about trees that may have been weakened to the point of just needing a good nudge.

That's great advice, seahawk. I know in my area, there were a few reports of trees and branches coming down on Friday afternoon, which is actually when the winds had died down. They were probably weakened by the conditions Thursday night and Friday morning, then a decent wind gust on Friday afternoon was enough to bring them down.
