Been very quiet...

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Makes sense.. The lull in the tropics is probably the reason for the quiet.. I wonder what winters are like in here lol..

This board is probably non existent in the winter time..

This board was created on Tuesday, October 8, 2002. I joined the next day and didn't post much until Wednesday, February 5 and really began posting more often in late March-early April.

As you can see by the motto... this isn't just for tropical weather discussions, but other weather, as well as off-topic issues, too. There has already been "invitations," if you will, (by KingOfWeather and others) about having winter discussions. I know I will be a part of them, despite not being a resident of the Northeast, like I once was. :)

No Josephine in winter you will see this board active as the discussions will be plenty at the USA weather discussion forum.

Hi Everybody:

I dont post a great deal but this last activity, I think my motto was, "Never Say Never" it ain't over yet folks.... October can be wild.... the highs and the lows..... don't cold fronts coming over Florida tend to make any tropical disturbances more active? BTW..... I went to the other board (you know...the one where everyone just puts each other down" and someone said that one of the poster's ther had run off all the good guys like aqua, dixie, etc....that is was humurous cause there was hardly any discussion just the same old "trolls"

I was posting like a madman during the 2 weeks leading up to Isabel. But since Isabel has left, I have slowed down a little. Probably when another major weather even threatens my area, I will post more. And I will definitely be a contributor during the winter - my favorite season! :)
