They have mentioned it in the last few Outlooks and continue to do so.
This is the 11:30am with getting better organized mention.

TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL

FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE THAT THE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER
CENTERED ABOUT 450 MILES SOUTH OF BERMUDA HAS BECOME A LITTLE
BETTER ORGANIZED DURING THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS. HOWEVER...SHIP
REPORTS INDICATE THAT THE SYSTEM DOES NOT HAVE A SURFACE CLOSED
CIRCULATION AT THIS TIME. FURTHER DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...WILL BE
SLOW TO OCCUR AS THE SYSTEM MOVES TOWARD THE NORTHWEST OR NORTH.

FORECASTER AVILA

well, won't affect us. Keep an eye on the area near the Yucatan Channel. Got a feeling somethings gonna pop there still.

Avila has been quite bullish with several systems including this one. Still looks more like a frontal lobe, but anyway, like Steve H. said doesn't look to affect anybody ATT.

Well, good lunch hour and I must get back to work. Later.
