I never say never, but there is almost no way the disturbance S of Bermuda will be anything but a fish with the current weather patterns.
The disurbance in the Carib is being picked up by several models and developed by some into a signigicant tropical cyclone which targets Tampa Bay and Central Florida by Monday. To say the least, it appears the lull is over.
