Notable blooper on NHC site...

#1 Postby Josephine96 » Sat Sep 27, 2003 3:58 pm

I just went to the NHC site to read the 1st public advisory on Kate, and while it says "Tropical storm Kate" it still has the 11 am advisory when she was TD 16 lol..

I don't know if any of you will notice this before they make the change. But I think it's a classic lol

Yes Weather Wizard you're right. The forecast advisory is listed. I was just looking at that. Somebody at the NHC must be a little slow on the keyboard lol

The Marine Advisory pretty much ALWAYS is the first product released for any storm.

Thus, what you saw is routine, and not some sort of "Blooper."
