For the first time 90L gets higher T number now 1.5

From the start it was 1.0 that dvorak had for it but this afternoon they raised it.Is that a sign that things are comming together over there? Time will tell as landmasses are not the best friend for the system.

Noticed that, Luis, and was a bit surprised, though there is a lot of convection and the 2 p.m. disc. notes favorable conditions for possible strengthening.
