Upper Level Low....the enviroment is not paticularly good for this to develop and it would happen very slowly. Without convection around it I would say it will remain just a ULL.

The posts or stuff said are NOT an official forecast and my opinion alone. Please look to the NHC and NWS for official forecasts and products.

Model Runs Cheat Sheet:
GFS (5:30 AM/PM, 11:30 AM/PM)
HWRF, GFDL, UKMET, NAVGEM (6:30-8:00 AM/PM, 12:30-2:00 AM/PM)
ECMWF (1:45 AM/PM)
TCVN is a weighted averaged

Opinions my own.

Stormcenter.. That is a weak surface Low that has been in the Gulf the last few days devoid of any convection. It should start moving NE tomorrow IMHO:):)

DISSIPATING STATIONARY FRONT ENTERS THE W ATLANTIC NEAR 32N69W
AND EXTENDS ALONG 27N76W ACROSS FLORIDA TO A WARM FRONT NEAR
28N83W TO A 1009 MB LOW IN THE E GULF OF MEXICO NEAR 27N86W. A
SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDS FROM THE LOW S ALONG 26N86W THEN W TO
25N90W THEN NW TO 26N93W.
