Tropical Storm Nicholas has been downgraded to a Tropical Depression finally.
Some models continue to develop a Tropcial Cyclone in the Caribbean later this week from the low pressure in that area. Will it happen? Where will it go?
Otherwise the tropics are relatively quiet.
