"Anticyclonic circulation is in the S Caribbean near 11n80w in
the vicinity of the surface low...with a ridge axis extending
along 21n80w then NNE to 30n76w. Anticyclonic flow covers the E
Gulf E of the above trough...the W Atlantic and Caribbean W of
60w. This is producing good outflow over the low level center
described in the surface synoptic features below."

"A 1008 mb low has developed in the S Caribbean near 10n81w."
