Is this a good bet?

I made a bet today that 10+" of snow will be recorded at Central Park from this upcoming event(s). If less than 10" is recorded I lose. Loser buys winner lunch at restaurant of their choice within the confines of the South Street Seaport plus a small box of Godiva chocolate. Good bet or no?

It's going to be a close call.

I predict 9.5 inches in Central Park. Missed it by a 1/2 inch. :wink:

I would be furious.....after looking at don's post I cannot believe central park has NEVER had a snow greater than 10 inches before dec 7.....makes me just a little bit worried to say the least.

Great news! Looks like Central Park will see at least 15" total snow.
