Visible images show a potential weakening trend clearly; although I stop short of saying "Odette is weakening" for at least a few hours, until what I see is definite or not.

With my track forecast I almost feel as if I should already push the 36 hour plot a little eastward, thinking that the hook east won't occur as late as the forecast plots insinuate. This would result in a 48 hour coord farther south and east. Intensity forecast is fairly confident.
