Well Peter formed on tuesday morning and as the floater pic shows it well not make it to tommorow morning or afternoon as shear is tearing apart the tops of the clouds and the front is closing in from the west.But while it lasted it was a storm for the history books as we know being the second time since 1887 that 2 tropical storms form in december.
Peter's life as a tropical storm is coming to an end rapidly
