I dont know what Pittsburgh is waiting for...but I'm just to your west in Jefferson County. I would think they would try to line up the warnings with the other counties around them. I dont know see how we are going to get that much less from this. I guess I will just have to wait and see. The last system last weekend, we had no watch up...but by 10PM the night before the event started, we went under a warning. Guess time will tell  Heck, they havent even updated any of the forecast since early this morning. Maybe they all just took the day off and decided to play hookie. Will probably have to go with my gut feeling on this one and think maybe on the line of 6 to 10 maybe 11 inches. Will be surprised tomorrow morning.

Mt. Holly has done the same thing...they are expecting 6-12" here with a slight ice/sleet accumulation.

Personally, 9 out of 10 times, I only listen to the State College office on things like this simply because they seem to have a better handle on storms. Pittsburgh is just to slow to handle things like this. Oh well. I wouldnt be surprised to come home tonight from a holiday gathering that we still don't have a warning or an advisory up.

binghamtom is predicting 12 to 18 or more for AVP. IT appears that they do not think rain/freezing rain/sleet will be much of a factor.

We will see. I have batteries in my cameras and will be taking picts all day.
