It caused 8 deaths in the Dominican Republic and massive floodings there and the question here is if this name will be retired and if you ask me after causing those deaths yes.

Here is the explanation Johnnathan about when they decide to retire a name.Odette is in the borderline of the criteria because it caused 8 deaths but the damage was not nationwide or extensive as it was a tropical storm with 55 mph winds when it made landfall.
