I'm not exactly a novice in aero engineering...this "thing" is not a "photo-survellance" vehicle, as Iraq contends....look at the fuselage, and the way the tail section is positioned...plenty of room to store and disseminate bio-chem agents w/o damage to the delivery system (i.e., the aileron and rudder controls) at all.
If they wanted photo-ops, their (French-built) Mirages or their (Russian-built) MiG-29s would be much more suitable for this mission, with state-of-the-art (German-built) cameras installed.
Think about this, folks...
