:rarrow: 1) TC Elita (09S). Currently at 21.7S 47.1W (140nm S of Antananarivo, Madagascar) and moving ESE at 12mph. Winds are 50mph. Elita is moving towards a weakness in the mid level ridge. Elita is expect to reintensify after the 12hr point to end the forecast period in 48hrs at 80mph. Latest Dvorak estimates state Elita is "too weak."

:rarrow: 2) TC Frank (10S). Currently at 18.5S 70.4E (735nm E of Mauritius) and moving SW at 4mph. Winds are 130mph. Frank is on a weakening trend as it experiences increased shear. The 48hr point of the forecast has Frank as a 110mph cyclone. Latest Dvorak estimates are T5.0/T6.0
