is now located about 250 NNW of Yap with winds of 30kt and is moving WNW at 9kt. The TD is expected to eventually turn SW as it approaches the Philippines and weaken to 25kt in 72 hours. After showing an exposed LLCC last night, convection has redeveloped over the center. However, as the system continues moving westward it will encounter increasing shear and cooler and drier air associated with the active NE Monsoon over the
Philippines weakening and shearing the convection and driving the LLCC SW.
