IF the EC verifies, Winter's clearly not over for portions of the MA/NE ... on Monday ... a digging trough in the Central US swings eastward and a 5343m 500mb low shows up in Southern VA by Day 5 ... with a 1010mb in NW IL swinging rapidly (and/or redeveloping off the coast of the Mid-Atlantic on Monday) down to 996mb...
Plenty of low-level moisture swung back in from VA to Southern PA on Day 5, with another disturbance dropping down and a weak 1010mb low, but with moisture for Day 6 in Michigan/PA/OH ...

The heights across the region should be low enough PER EC for it to be snow, plus with the 996mb low should be able to draw down just enough cold air ... 850mb temperatures per EC are ranging -4º to -6ºC ... and with the H5 low could be in the range for prime dendritic growth ...
