All sides sign new interim constitution in Iraq

This is great that finnally happened after some delays due to the Ayatollahs objections to more power to the curds but after an intense dialoge between all sides they agreed to sign it today.This will help Iraq move into a democratic country but it will take time to implement.This great progress in Iraq will help Bush in his reelection bid to retain the white house.
