Well I undserstand some portugese so let's give it a try about what they are saying.

First they continue to say this system is not a hurricane but a cyclone.They say it will make landfall with winds and heavy rains.They are telling the people in that region to stay at their homes and to the fisherman to not venture out to sea.The civil defense authorities are prepared for the event.Ok that is what I can translate of the most important things thay said there.
