DUDE is retiring and moving to FLORIDA

Howdy all....I made my decision, I'm retiring from the service after 15 years, Its been an awesome ride but think theres more for me to accomplish. I have a buddy in Orange Park, FL.....and he has hooked me up with the Florida Highway Patrol. So it looks like I will be moving to Clay County....(Middleburg) Florida the first week of may or so. I have to complete the academy which is walk in the park considering what I've dealt with of late..I have to be a Highway Patrol Officer for 1 year before I can go into the K9 field.....so I gotta do what I gotta do. So I will be joining some of my Florida buddies soon....watch out DUDE IS COMING!!! LOL

Mike, we all want to thank you for your service to our country. Wow 15 years!!!!!! - My nephew just got out of the Marines after 9 years. That had to be such a major decision for you to go back to civilian life. We're proud of you.

I know you'll do a great job in whatever field you decide, but law enforcement and the discipline involved seems the perfect choice for you.

Again thanks and remember it's Karan with an "A" when I travel thru Florida. lol
