I've posted the 03Z update with the new information associated with 99W reissued TCFA. Nothing too exciting to report... 99W is weakening slightly, but still has a good chance at development. Hopefully the JTWC will talk about 90W in the ABPW which will come out at 06Z.

99W has been upgraded to 03W with 94S and 90W meandering in their respective locations. 03W is forecast to become a typhoon south of Guam.
