06Z update posted with Typhoon Sudal and Invest 97P information. Both systems are strengthening, but of course our attention is focused on Sudal. Typhoon watches have been posted (as of 06Z) for Guam and Rota in the Marianas, as well as Yap and Ulithi Islands in Yap state. This system is forecast to become a major typhoon (115 mph winds) around 08/00Z. Of course, check out the links of the update page for the latest in advisories (JTWC and NWS), satellite imagery, radar, and track forecasts. Also, check out the TY Sudal thread in this forum for additional information.
