WATCH OUT NORTHERN IOWA, SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN SATURDAY AND PARTICULARLY SUNDAY.

It is starting to trend towards more capping for areas from eastern Nebraska/extreme southwest Iowa south into Kansas and Oklahoma for both tonight and Sunday. Should a storm fire, though, it would probably be severe.

A moderate risk may need to be placed over portions of the upper MS valley for Sunday. The SPC mentions that Sunday could result in a "few significant severe weather events" for that area from about northern Iowa into NOrth-central Wisconsin.

Of course, this can, and probably will, change over the next 12 to 18 hours, so it is best to continue watching the system if you are in or close to these areas.

From the constant flow of Gulf Moisture inflow over the same areas for the next few days, it does appear that the upper levels are going to warm considerably in the short term (2-3 days) causing capping.

However, if enough forcing can occur, we could see some large cap breaking causing some quick severe weather. That would also enchance the tornado threat

Looks like that Cap broke in Iowa and Wisconsin this evening. Several Quick Tornado Warnings.

There is ALOT Of humidity here. Feels like summer. Just need that front to set it off
