It looks more and more like thunderstorms will develop here this afternoon...this could be trouble...cap is not too strong over this area at all (3.06 C) but the CAPE isn't very high here either (16.03). Stay tuned!

Pouring here and the thurnderstorms keep building up over us...it's coming down at the rate of 2.20"/hour. We've already gotten 1.57".


And now it's 4:20 and we've received over 2 1/2" of rain.

Kathy the rain is heavy but it's also needed as we were becoming pretty dry. Hopefully we won't have to worry about entering into a drought anymore.

Well it's heading your way, don't know if it will get there or not but you can have it! My back yard is a lake now and I'm up to 4" since yesterday and it's still raining. The worst has moved south and east of us so I don't think we'll have any major flooding problems.
