so I might be getting anudder handgun
I'm seriously debating on snagging a Glock 26 für my carry weapon ...I found one used for 430$ (I think it was) ...but I dunno, tho ...ya know :-/ ...me thinks my Hi-Point would be a decent carry weapon, but ..well ...the Glock fit a bit better

I have never been a big fan of the glock. Nothing personal, I just don't like the look of it. I am also thinking of adding another handgun to my stash. I am still on the fence with CCW permit. I will most likely add it to my BOB. I am looking at the .40 cal from Firestorm. Have you checked out the CCW fourm yet?

If I HAD to obtain a semi-auto pistol, it would be either a Beretta 92 in 9mm, or a customized 1911 Colt "slabside".
But, if I had my OWN personal favorite, it would definitely be a Smith & Wesson .357, 6" barrel...stainless, one of those "L" frame jobs, with a "target" trigger/hammer combo, set for "whisper" on single action, with Pachmayer stocks and a Tritium three-dot sight system.
Ask Dennis and MEE-chelle..they have a brace of them for duty weapons.
