Oh well, I'd rather the thing in the Caribbean develop anyway.
That is what this invest is for, isn't it?

Brent it was my fault to not put the L for the invest 90 as you said there is a 90E at the EPAC.

Very interesting system to observe. Let's see what happen with it, althoght there's still strong winds on the upper levels, but they are forcasted to retreat to the north. Early tropical action in this month of may still a few days into the start of the season. But one thing is for sure... if it moves northeast and combine with the conditions that are afecting us at this moment it would be a very wet weekend here.

I agree about Puerto Rico getting plenty of rain indirectly from this. And I see this system developing in a slow pace and not a strong system I see here only a TD or a weak Tropical storm if all conditions are marginally right.

Is there a graphic representation of test model runs available?

I dont know what is causing the delay of NRL to post the 90L invest up because every time the models begin to plot the invest goes up in a few minutes after that but there must be a problem with the site there because the information about 90E for the EPAC system has not been updated this morning.

I think that the delay about posting up the invest at NRL may be that the weak low is still inland in Nicaragua and until it gets out to the water they wont put the invest up.

MGC this will not become a CAT 5 as quickly as you need it to but it is a broad low pressure area in the tropics dumping heavy rains over mountainous or hilly terrain & could cause injury or loss of life hence the STDS.
MW on another thread explained the reasons for issuing such a statement.
& what if the delay in the invest is due to technical problems or some other reason how do you know the reason the invest isnt issued yet is because "the Navy knows there is no imminent threat of this system and hence their delay" I mean you cant be serious when you make these statements you've made here lately.
