Tropical storm Agatha forms !!

The update from the models at 12:00 UTC show that an upgrade has been made and the first advisory on the first tropical storm of the EPAC will come at 11 AM EDT.

Para Mejico no hay problemas de que Agatha vaya para alla.No problem at all for the Mexican coast from Agatha.

And as of 8 A.M. PDT Tropical Strom Agatha has formed in the EPAC
