I voted NO also. While intelligence gathering capibilities, airport security, and our ability to spot suspicious activities has improved substantially since 9/11, NO plan of action is perfect, and it's virtually impossible w/ all the millions of people in this country to know excactly who is up to what, at all times.
It is more likely to be the PUBLIC or local law enforcement which are able to spot and foil a potential terror attack in this country than the CIA or FBI....IF we remain vigilant and aware of what is going on around us. remember, the CIA and FBI can only do so much, we all must help as well by reporting suspicious activity.
