End of June Chase...

#1 Postby Brett Adair » Wed Jun 02, 2004 11:59 am

That's right folks...we're goin again. Hoping to get another good severe weather episode. There will be a few things I need this time before I leave.

1) Numbers of folks at S2K I can reach and report back to.

2) Non-published numbers of any national weather service offices in the plains if you have any.

3) EMA/Sherrifs Dept numbers of major cities in the area.

I didn't have all of these during the plains chase, but I did have some. I need to go ahead and get them together. I know 911 s a great tool, but I would like direct contact. Thanks for all of your help folks! 8-)

Will do. I would like information for the entire Midwest actually. Maybe myself and the meteorologists in Birmingham could hook up with the J-Squared people and get one big chase together near the end of the month. :)

Well, since you will have a tornado magnet with you, that takes some of the sport out of it, doesn't it? :P That's like fishing in a hatchery. :P

Yeah, there's a rather humorous (not!) story behind that!

Fishing in a hatchery...... maybe then I would catch one!  Only kidding, I'm a good fisher!
