Windshear Forecast: June 2nd - June 5th

#1 Postby FWBHurricane » Wed Jun 02, 2004 1:32 pm

The forcast s looking grim. The least favorable area for tropical development is the North Atlantic AND The Cape Verdes. Windshear will dominate this whole region for the next three days. The Caribbean is again the most favorable place for tropical development but its barely hanging on to that title. The best conditions in the caribbean will be in the next 36-48 hours then it will start getting less likely after that. In the next 12 hours the Guld of Mexico's environment is going to suck. The Whole GOM is going to unfavorable for anything, anything that goes into the GOM will be shreaded. The Bay of Campeche is the only place in the GOM that is actually pretty favorable for development until that too will be covered in shear. In the EPAC everything is ok but it will change in the next 3 days. Strong winshear will be moving in, in the next three days. Nothing will be able to develop there. What a quiet start to the season this is. Opinions are welcome 8-)

Well this is usually quite normal since the month of June is a very quiet month with an average of one storm every two years.
