TROPICAL WAVE INTRODUCED ALONG 21W S OF 13N MOVING WEST 10-15
KT. SATELLITE IMAGERY OVER THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS HAS DEPICTED A
CONSISTENT CONVECTIVE CLUSTER MOVING WEST ALONG THE COAST OF
AFRICA...AND THE FEATURE NOW APPEARS TO BE ALIGNED BETWEEN
AFRICA AND THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS WITH A WEAK CIRCULATION NEAR
9N22W WITHIN THE ITCZ. WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS/TSTMS FROM
7N-12N BETWEEN 14.5W-24.5W.
