I'm still unsure about doing this, especially living in such a high risk lightning are from June through mid-October.

Well, I never went offline as the thunderstorms didn't come across directly across the area and the thunderstorms seemed to be a little on the elevated side ... however, the thunder was quite heavy although, the rainfall amounts here were a definite disappoint ... on the bright side, it's continuing to rain and temperatures are still in the upper 70's (although the dewpoint returned to 77º)
