Living in Ft lauderdale I can certainly attest to the rain deficit. However, mother nature will balance herself out just hopefully not all at once.
Per MIA AFD:
CHANCES FOR ANY APPRECIABLE RAINFALL FOR THE EASTERN METRO
AREAS WILL REMAIN VERY LOW...AND SO THE RAINFALL DEFICITS WILL
CONTINUE TO RISE (FT. LAUDERDALE NOW 10.66 INCHES BELOW AVG FOR THE
YR). CHANGED VERY LITTLE TO THE FORECAST...
