Looking Much Better Organized, Almost A TD

Invest 98E has continued to become better organized overnight and now is looking more like a TD than ever. Let see what happens during the next hours to come.

It's running out of warm water to develop, and either way it most likely will not reach tropical storm strength. Tropical Depression 2-E seems probable at this time, however.
