Cannot access the SPC webpage but a tornado watch has been issued for IL and IN until 7pm EST/CDT. More to come as soon as I can access it, but if anyone else can, please do so...thanks...

URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED
TORNADO WATCH NUMBER 540
NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK
1245 PM EST SAT JUL 3 2004

THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF

EASTERN ILLINOIS
WESTERN AND CENTRAL INDIANA

EFFECTIVE THIS SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 1245 PM UNTIL
700 PM EST.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS
TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 70 STATUTE MILES EAST AND WEST
OF A LINE FROM 65 MILES NORTH NORTHWEST OF LAFAYETTE INDIANA TO 50
MILES SOUTH OF BLOOMINGTON INDIANA.

REMEMBER...A TORNADO WATCH MEANS CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR
TORNADOES AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN AND CLOSE TO THE WATCH AREA.
PERSONS IN THESE AREAS SHOULD BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THREATENING
WEATHER CONDITIONS AND LISTEN FOR LATER STATEMENTS AND POSSIBLE
WARNINGS.

DISCUSSION...AIR MASS VERY UNSTABLE ACROSS WATCH AREA AHEAD OF
DEVELOPING STORMS CENTRAL IL. WITH FAVORABLE SHEAR PROFILES
DEVELOPING AHEAD OF SURFACE/UPPER LOW MOVING INTO NWRN
IL...POTENTIAL INCREASING FOR ISOLATED TORNADIC SUPERCELL
DEVELOPMENT. STORMS WILL CONTINUE INCREASING NEWD ACROSS IN DURING
AFTERNOON WHERE MUCAPES AOA 3000 J/KG.

AVIATION...TORNADOES AND A FEW SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH HAIL
SURFACE AND ALOFT TO 1 INCH. EXTREME TURBULENCE AND SURFACE WIND
GUSTS TO 60 KNOTS. A FEW CUMULONIMBI WITH MAXIMUM TOPS TO 550.
MEAN STORM MOTION VECTOR 21030.

Mary it may at that...I would not be surprised to see a watch for Cincinnati and surrounding areas issued after 7pm...
