Here's something handy for those weather folks out there. It's a technical note for the Air Force Weather Agency. (AFWA TN-98/002) It's on meteorological techniques and it contains helpful tips on forecasting and whatnot. It's good to have around...

Probably in the same vein as the old Air Weather Service Manual with the same title that I still have.
