GOM this afternoon

Looking at the long range radar out of Tampa, it appears that a mid level circulation is starting to take shape out over the eastern Gulf. This feature seems to have some staying potential. Will it develope? Don't know but conditions look pretty good for development. Funny, the NHC does not mention this feature in the noon TWO. I am not a big model watcher but have any of the models picked this up? Something to watch for sure.....MGC
