This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Weak swirl moving along/inland coast of Nicaragua?

I'm usually not too good at picking out very weak swirls, usually only ones that are fairly noticeable, however the convection in Central America did catch my attention.

It is moving along the coast/inland however

Interesting indeed, the AVN wants to make something of it at least.

Sidenote: Not sure why that first link is not working?

Try this instead:

http://weather.msfc.nasa.gov/GOES/goeseastnhe.html

Then click animate, 20 frames, and then click the area of convection off Nicaragua and it will loop it for you. I think I see something swirling moving NNW along the eastern coast(atlantic basin)
