Still forecasted to come over the ridge, but a large system behind it seems to want to merge with it, then the models split off energy, throw it over the northern edge of hte ridge, then move it towards Portugal/Spain.....

The different solutions are quite interesting, depending on the strength of the ridge could mean the difference of this possibly heading into the subtropical atlantic or going cross oceanic to Portugal/Spain.... either way it does seem that the feature off of New England right now may translate energy over the ridge in the Atlantic.....
