Anyone watch The Grid last night?
I watched it. I don't know what I really thought about. How about you?

I was too into it to post.
I'm hooked!
The first scenes in the hotel were kinda scary -- how quickly the foul-up caused such chaos (trying not to give anything away). And I can't believe how fast the first guy died.
Not that I feel sympathy for him, of course.
Great to see Juliana Margulies in a series again.

It's a limited TNT series with Juliana Margulies and Dylan McDermott cast as NSC and FBI agents who team up with agents in London to track down terrorist cells and training camps. The movie opens with a ritzy London hotel employee sneaking two silver water pitchers out of the hotel and over to a waiting comrade with the terrorists. This second guy takes it up to a room in a boarding house where three terrorists are ready to rig them with explosives and small sarin gas canisters (disguised as breath spray) down in the water pitchers, which would then be returned to the ritzy hotel and planted in the middle of a Jewish & Muslim conference being held there. Only problem is one of the idiots accidentally sets off one of the canisters and the gas is released, killing at least five people including a couple of the terrorists (unless I got confused in the chaos, one of them managed to don his gas mask fast enough).
And looks can be deceiving in this movie. Obviously, not everyone who looks Middle Eastern is with the terrorists and not everyone who looks anything but Middle Eastern is against them. There is one guy who is a Chechen from Russia and he trains with an al-Qaeda jerk in Nigeria.
They aired the first two episodes back-to-back last night and then reran them again after the second one ended. It looks like that's how they're going to do all of them -- 1 & 2 were last night from 8pm to 10 pm EST and again from 10pm to 12am. 3 & 4 will air 7/26 and 5 & finale 6 will air 8/2.
