In case you are wondering about flareup NNW of Puerto Rico

That flareup of convection N of Puerto Rico is related to a tropical wave interacting with an upper low to it's north and the divergent flow is aiding thunderstorms to develop but nothing there to look for in terms of tropical development.

Pressures are high in San Juan and NO west winds so forget about tropical development from this as the interaction continues with the upper low.

Yes a cloudy,damp,and not so warm temps here in San Juan this sunday morning.Glad that over there in Culebra you got some needed rain. :)
