per the newsletter, aside from the short wave radio available at radio shack which i assume would plug into the "line in" jack on the back of the tower, what programs does one need to host streaming audio content? i am assuming one is an ftp client to get it to your server. that makes me wonder, wouldn't you have to have an insane amount of data transfer available through your host to run numerous broadcast stations simultaneously? other questions are how will all this affect the parent pc's resources and will ftping to an unknown host create a security issue for the pc owner? not hinting persay but VERY curious to this whole process as getting WXJ75 in Springfield online is something Matt B. of NWSILX and i have talked about.
