Hi folks,
I am forecasting a cold and snowy winter in the east and great lakes. With the hudson bay trough intensifying, plus -NAO, with neutral conditions in the SSTs could spell out trouble, although the polar and subtropical jetstream may not feed to each other, it would still bring lots of snow and cold for the east and great lakes.
